Clear Car Group Ltd is a credit broker and not a lender. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Firm Reference Number 838829).
We can introduce customers to a limited number of lenders who may be able to finance the purchase of a vehicle. We will only introduce you to these lenders.
COMMISSION DISCLOSURE
We are a commission and fee-based organisation and may receive payment(s) or other benefits from finance providers should you decide to enter into a finance agreement arranged through us.
The commission received may vary depending on the lender, finance product and other permissible factors. The existence and nature of any commission arrangements will always be disclosed.
If you would like us to disclose any commission payable in relation to your finance agreement, please contact us and we will be happy to provide further information.

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and investigate the matter fairly and objectively.
Our aim is to resolve complaints as quickly as possible and provide a final response within eight weeks where required by Financial Conduct Authority rules.
