Vehicle Reservation Information
Our reservation process allows you to place a vehicle on hold while you complete the next steps in your purchase.
How the Reservation Works
By placing a reservation deposit, the vehicle will be held for 72 hours. During this time, you can finalise your decision, discuss finance options, arrange delivery or collection, and provide any additional details we may need.
Reservation Deposit
- The reservation deposit holds the vehicle for 72 hours
- The deposit is £100, which is refundable. See Terms & Conditions below*
- The vehicle may continue to be advertised until the sale is fully completed
Part Exchange
If you have a vehicle to part exchange, please tell us about the vehicle you’d like to part exchange at the time of reservation.
Any part exchange valuation provided will be provisional and subject to inspection and confirmation.
Confirmation Call
After placing your reservation, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to:
- Confirm the reservation details
- Discuss your part exchange (if applicable)
- Explain the next steps in the purchase process
- Answer any questions you may have
Delivery or Collection
- Free delivery available within 50 miles
- Delivery beyond this distance is charged at £1.50 per mile
- Maximum delivery distance: 250 miles
- Collection from our premises is also available by appointment
Lead Time
- The estimated lead time for delivery or collection is 2 – 5 working days from confirmation
- Timescales may vary depending on vehicle preparation, delivery distance, finance approval, or unforeseen delays
Reservation Terms & Conditions
- A reservation deposit does not constitute a vehicle sale or guarantee availability until full payment has been received
- All vehicle sales are subject to status, availability, and final confirmation
- Part exchange valuations are indicative only and may change following physical inspection or receipt of accurate vehicle details
- We reserve the right to withdraw a vehicle from sale at any time prior to completion of the transaction
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
- Reservation deposits are handled in accordance with our refund policy and UK consumer legislation
