Information you give us when you enquire about a car, request a valuation, ask about finance, book a viewing or contact us: typically your name, contact details, your vehicle's registration and mileage, and — if you ask about finance — the details needed to discuss your requirements, such as your deposit and budget.

To respond to your enquiry, provide the service you have asked for, introduce you to a finance provider from our panel when you ask us to, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Vehicle registration details you give us may be used to look up vehicle data such as MOT history and valuations.

Finance providers on our panel, when you ask us about finance; and the service providers that run our website, messaging and business systems. We do not sell your information.
